In the list of expanded initiatives «Thermopol» proposed to highlight the direction «Technical textiles» taking into account the international classification and include sections providing for mandatory intersectoral cooperation in related areas, by all means&focusing on new materials, technologies and ways of applying emerging effective innovations in the field of technical textiles and nonwovens.

The project provides for the possibility of "rapid response" of the domestic light industry to changes in the market and consumer behavior, to identify priority infrastructure projects with mandatory direct or indirect state participation, to change marketing and design accents to production, technological. It is proposed to pay special attention and to work out the virtually liquidated direction of the Production of means of production, which provides for the development of machine-building and machine-tool construction for the needs of the light industry, organically included in all branches and sub-sectors of the industry of the Russian Federation, to provide a mechanism for full import substitution not only in state order projects, but also in all major system-forming companies, to provide for the development of measures to protect the domestic market from the receipt of alternative products from foreign markets. For example, to limit the supply of alternative products manufactured by the Republic of Belarus, including by state order of the Russian Federation.

«Thermopol»proposed to focus on modern scientific materials science, to intensify the introduction of innovative developments of an applied nature. The holding believes that it is very important to include social projects and broad employment of the population in the projects of the domestic light industry in the concept. It is mandatory to provide a program for the technical re-equipment of textile and clothing units in the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation, as well as additional programs to support textile and light industry enterprises for the development of innovative military products (primarily with the use of technical textile technologies), to provide for the active development of environmental and poly-recycling areas in the textile and light industry.
