The criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of providing subsidies to light industry enterprises was the production in 2018 of products with a volume of at least 100% of goods manufactured and sold in the reporting years of the corresponding periods, in value terms. The relevant Government decree came into force on April 12.

The document establishes that light industry organizations that received a subsidy in 2018 are required to provide a report on the achievement of the efficiency criterion no later than March 1, 2019.

In addition, the requirements for recipients of funds are being clarified. The amount of the subsidy for loans received starting from January 1, 2017 is calculated based on 70% of the basic indicator determined in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 20, 2016 N 702.

Previously made changes to the subsidy rules have been declared invalid.
