The iconic Australian brand has come to Russia
The first store of the Australian brand Billabong in Russia has opened in Moscow. The store was opened in the shopping center «Metropolis». The space of the hall is designed in the style of a surf camp, and at the same time carries the ideas of digital content and technological solutions, in a new conceptual style and equipped with the latest high-tech for retail.
When building the Billabong IT infrastructure, the developments of the Russian company Luxe Retail were used: the trade management system TradeX and the cash program POSX. Thanks to this, effective turnover management is implemented, logistics and pricing processes are automated, and fast and convenient customer service is provided. Also, for the comfort of customers, there is the possibility of reserving goods in the store, purchasing it online on the brand's website and pickup, ordering home delivery from the store. The cash register area of the store is equipped with advanced equipment. The brand is seriously committed to active marketing work with customers at all points of interaction.
The Australian company Billabong was founded in 1973 positioning itself as a brand that produces its products for fans of extreme sports. Time is passing and the brand Billabong , despite its initial orientation towards sports, produces beautiful, comfortable clothes for men and women, which is quite suitable for living in a megalopolis, work, walking, traveling and outdoor activities.
Today, the interests of the brand in Russia are represented by the company Boardriders, which promotes a number of well-known brands of clothing, shoes, accessories and equipment, such as Quiksilver, Roxy, DC Shoes and others.
This is the first single-brand store Billabong in the world, made in a new concept. And it can not but rejoice that it has opened in Russia.
