Today on the official website of the government Russian Federation published Government Resolution No. 1412 of November 22, 2017 on expanding the range of medium-sized businesses in the field of light industry.

The average number of employees for the previous calendar year should now be from 250 to 1,000 people, says in the explanatory note to the document. However, to get into the new list, the share of the company's revenue by such indicators as "Textile production", "Clothing production" or "Leather production and leather goods,according to the results of the previous calendar year, must be at least 70% of the total amount of income.

The decisions adopted in the document are aimed at expanding the range of medium-sized businesses and will allow them to support significant investment projects for the modernization and creation of new production facilities in certain industries on an individual basis.
