Business Forum of ANKOR Holding and HeadHunter
On May 29, a business forum of the holding «ANCHOR»and HeadHunter «HR without borders was held at the Azimut Hotel in Vladivostok. New horizons of development". During the plenary session, as well as during case sessions and numerous discussions provided for by the event program, Forum guests and experts reviewed current labor market trends and the latest approaches in HR. One of the key topics was the expansion of digital tools and the prospects for digitalization of the HR sphere.
"Today, HR specialists generate ideas without waiting for developers to create the necessary solutions. HR departments turned from consumers to customers. The active role of HR forces technology to develop faster than ever," noted in his welcoming speech Alexey Mironov, Vice President for Operational Management of the personnel holding "ANCHOR".
According to the Forum participants, the event became a source of new ideas and allowed to obtain applied tools for effective work.
