The Best Luxury Stores Business Forum
On November 20, the annual event for buyers and boutique owners The Best Luxury Stores Forum &Awards will take place in Moscow, at the hotel "Metropol". The event will combine an educational forum dedicated to solving key issues of fashion retail and an award ceremony for the best boutiques of the premium segment.
The Business ForumThe Best Luxury Stores will be held from 10:00 to 17:30. The program will include lectures from the main experts of the fashion industry and market practitioners, as well as panel discussions on the search for new strategies, development directions and other relevant issues for the retail market.
Discussion topics:
- New consumption trends: what customers need today;
- Customs clearance: new laws and new solutions;
- How to create an Instagram community to attract followers and turn them into buyers;
- How to engage customers when the product no longer attracts;
- Increase sales: how retailers cope with falling demand and increase the company's turnover;
- Forecasts of trends in clothing and footwear of the FW 19/20 season.

Every year the forum The Best Luxury Stores is visited by more than 500 fashion retailers from 50 regions of Russia.
The award ceremony of The Best Luxury Stores Awards, which will take place in the late afternoon, includes a gala dinner, fashion shows, performances of stars and a solemn award ceremony.
