Developer ADG group has started construction work on the site of the former cinema "Height". The building is part of the reconstruction program of 39 cinemas, which in 2019–2020 will turn into modern district centers – a new format of public spaces combining leisure, educational and shopping functions. We wrote about the project of creating a new entertainment network based on reconstructed cinemas previously.

 
After opening at the end of 2019, a modern four-hall cinema of the South Korean operator CJ CGV with comfortable armchairs, large screens and an automated ticket purchase system will appear in the new district center "Height" . To solve household needs, there will be a household house and dry cleaning, home goods stores and a grocery supermarket "Lenta" with its own bakery and farm products. In addition, new spaces for interesting leisure will be organized in the "Height": an educational and entertainment children's center, a book lounge, children's and sports goods stores. Festivals, fairs and events will be held in the district center, cafes and restaurants will open. A summer terrace will appear on the roof, where residents of the district will be able to play sports, participate in events and meet friends.

 
«Height» – the twelfth object on which ADG group is carrying out construction work. The facilities of "Angara", "Kyrgyzstan", "Orbit", "Sofia", "Budapest", "Neva", "Mars" are in the active phase of construction.;, «Dawn», «Dream», «Elbrus» and «Prague». Construction permits have been obtained for 22 objects of the network of district centers. Mosgosexpertiza specialists have agreed on 31 reconstruction projects.
