The participants of the Light Industry Week 2019 will tell novice designers how to properly organize a startup and start interacting with manufacturers. March 20 for the participants of the business program «Russian Textile and Light Industry Week-2019» and the exhibition «Intertkan-2019.Spring» will host an open seminar «Production and sales. Everything Russian designers need to know about the organization of business processes..

Presenters of the seminar: Sergey Promokhov, founder of the Procapitalist Internet portal, and Stanislava Nazhmitdinova, founder of the fashion business Scaling Agency  «Headquarters», lecturer at the British Higher School of Design.

The following practical cases will be analyzed during the seminar:

• What are the main mistakes that designers make at the start and how to avoid them.
• How to reach operating profit and how to speed up this process.
• How to choose a production to place an order.
• What requirements should be imposed on the productions.
• How to interact with productions correctly.
• How not to lose money at the start and increase your capital.
