Retail Concept – partner business concepts at Mosshuz

At the exhibition «Mosshuz» from September 5 to 8, ready-made business concepts will be presented within the specialized section Retail Concept: franchises of shoe stores, clothing, bags and accessories, as well as the Shop-in-Shop format.

 

The main task of the section is to increase the interest of shoe market participants in partner formats of doing business and provide conditions for conducting business negotiations.

 

 

The exhibitors will demonstrate to the visitors the advantages of partner business formats, including:

  • the presence of both a business partner and a reliable supplier of shoes/accessories with preferential terms of supply;
  • existing brand loyalty and advertising campaigns conducted by the franchisor;
  • business support from the franchisor: staff training, trainings and recommendations;
  • reducing the risks of doing business in general.

The franchising business program taking place at the exhibition was formed jointly with the Russian Franchising Association (RAF) and the Franchising Academy. The program will be divided into two streams. For existing franchisors and companies interested in this format, master classes will be held, including trends in modern franchise technologies and the creation of an up-to-date franchise offer. For existing and potential franchisees, a master class will be held on strengthening and expanding the existing business with the help of a franchise, the necessary requirements for the franchisor will be considered and the main characteristics of a reliable franchise will be described.

 

The speakers at the master classes will be Executive Vice President of the RAF Yuri Mikhailichenko and CEO of the Franchise Academy LLC Mikhail Feinberg.
