New Fashion Exhibition in Iran
Messe Dusseldorf GmbH, IGEDO Company and LLC Messe Dusseldorf Moscow present the premiere of a new fashion exhibition in Shiraz Lifestyle Iran.
Lifestyle Iran – this is a fundamentally new project from the group of companies Messe Dusseldorf – a successful organizer of leading international exhibitions, – as well as the company IGEDO, which has 70 years of experience in organizing events in the fashion industry. The partners have jointly developed the concept of a new project in cooperation with the Iranian exhibition organizer BRP Co. – Barsaz Rooydad Pars. The premiere of the international fashion, footwear and accessories exhibition will be held from December 5 to 8, 2018 at the Fars International Permanent Exhibition Center in Shiraz (Iran).
In recent years, thanks to 80 million consumers and the active growth of the middle class, Iran has managed to turn into an attractive and promising sales market, from the point of view of manufacturers of fashion collections. According to industry experts, the country has a high potential in the field of textiles, because a unique fusion of traditional and modern values against the background of high sales potential forms new trends, in particular the style of "restrained design", in which religion and fashion are creatively and harmoniously intertwined without opposing each other. To date, Iranian consumers spend about $14.5 billion on clothes annually, and the country's shopping centers have about 8 million square meters of retail space, and another 15 million square meters are planned for the next few years. At the same time, retail representatives They show a high interest in foreign investments and international cooperation.
These prerequisites favorably affect the process of forming a fashion industry with an extensive structure. Against the background of the easing of economic sanctions and the growing demand for branded collections of clothing, shoes and accessories, the authors of the new exhibition project are pleased to offer international manufacturers a decent and promising business platform for developing and implementing new strategies, as well as ensuring stable sales volumes. During the exhibition, visitors will be able to establish a dialogue with manufacturers, as well as get acquainted with current international trends in the fashion world. Shiraz is a thriving metropolis with a population of about 1.7 million people and, undoubtedly, the optimal business platform for launching the project Lifestyle Iran.
The exhibition Lifestyle Iran is organized on the initiative of Messe Dusseldorf GmbH, which has already managed to implement a number of successful international projects in Iran. The involvement and support of exhibitors from all over the world is assumed by the company IGEDO in partnership with LLC Messe Duesseldorf Moscow, whose employees will provide support to Russian fashion manufacturers when entering the Iranian market. In the piggy bank of business partners, the implementation of the exhibition project CPM – Collection Premiere Moscow, the success story of which has been going on for fifteen years. Thus, during the last season of CPM, which took place from February 19 to 22, 2018, more than 1,350 collections from 27 countries of the world were presented, and the exhibition Lifestyle Iran was presented in the format of personal conversations with exhibitors, many of whom showed their interest.
