Milano Unica Shanghai is preparing for the 14th season

42 exhibitors representing the core of the Italian textile industry will show their autumn-winter 2019-2020 collections at the upcoming 14th season of Milano Unica Shanghai. The Asian market is one of the most important strategic directions for Italian exports.

 

High quality, consistent style and a focus on the trend towards sustainability characterize the production of Made-in-Italy textiles and accessories, are key aspects that are popular and highly appreciated by increasingly demanding Asian buyers.  

 

 

Every season Milano Unica Shanghai confirms that China and Hong Kong are the leading export market for Italian textiles, this is confirmed by the numbers and high quality of customers who visited the last season of the exhibition in Shanghai, as well as the growing number of Chinese buyers at Milano Unica Milano in July of this year.

 


Since the first season in 2012, Milano Unica Shanghai has been visited by more than 4,000 visitors who prefer Italian textiles, both in finished products and in fabrics needed to create fashion collections in China.Over the years, there has been a growing demand for high-quality women's clothing and leisure clothing in this market, as well as an increasing interest in modern men's clothing.
