Award for the Okhta Mall shopping Mall
The company SRV received the badge of honor «Investor of the Year» in the nomination «For the implementation of the best investment project in the consumer market» for the project of a shopping and entertainment complex «Okhta Mall». The award was presented by the Governor of St. Petersburg, Georgy Sergeyevich Poltavchenko.
According to experts, the projects of the company SRV change the appearance of city districts, improve the quality of people's lives. «Okhta Mall»has become a real center of attraction for residents of Krasnogvardeysky district and Okhta. This is a modern shopping center, built according to the project of the Finnish architectural bureau and certified according to the international environmental standard LEED Gold.
"Okhta Mall" is maximally focused on the needs of its customers and offers them more than just goods and services.For example, the project also reflected the social-oriented position of the company SRV – on the territory of «Okhta Mall» the first cultural and educational space in a shopping mall in Russia is located – «Okhta Lab with a branch of the Mayakovsky Library, where cultural events of an urban scale are regularly held.

The project Okhta Mall with a total area of 140 thousand square meters is one of the largest shopping centers in St. Petersburg, it is the largest new retail project in the city. Its leasable area is 78 thousand square meters, and the total investment in the project reaches 200 million euros. The project was implemented by the concern SRV together with the Finnish investment fund Russia Invest. The modern Scandinavian design of the mall was developed by the Finnish architectural bureau L Architects Ltd.The facility includes two underground levels, where there is a parking lot with a capacity of about 1,450 cars and a hypermarket, as well as four above-ground levels.
More than half of the mall's leasable areas are occupied by anchor tenants, including the largest international and federal retailers, such as Lenta, Decathlon, Detsky Mir, H&M, Uniqlo, Eldorado, the largest cinemaCARO» in St. Petersburg. The fashion segment is also represented by the brands LC Waikiki, Tom Tailor, Gloria Jeans, Koton, Terranova, Kari, etc. Almost 20% of the project area is allocated to multi-format entertainment. In addition to the cinema, there is an entertainment park Joki&Joya, a trampoline park Razgon, children's sports formats, quests and games based on augmented reality. The restaurant area «Okhta Mall» includes cafes and restaurants of various concepts, including a family restaurant with a summer terrace «Pahvala Teahouse» with an area of more than 1,000 square meters.
