International real estate consulting company CBRE has been appointed as an exclusive consultant for marketing and leasing of retail space in a new shopping and entertainment center in Kirov, the developer of which is LLC Voskhod. The new shopping center will be located on Shchors Street, in the largest by population Leninsky district of the city, which continues to actively develop and build up. The total area of the center will be 90,000 sq. m, of which 68,000 sq.m will be leased.

On the site adjacent to the one where the mall is currently under active construction, for more than eight years there has been a grocery hypermarket "Time of Space"the largest grocery hypermarket in the region with a small shopping gallery with a total area of about 40,000 sq. m. The daily attendance of the hypermarket is more than 10,000 people a day. The new shopping mall will be connected to the existing hypermarket. The name of the center is not specified yet.

The opening of the combined shopping center is scheduled for the first quarter of 2020. The concept includes international and federal brands that are not represented anywhere else in the region, a modern food court, a multiplex cinema, an entertainment area for the whole family and an exhibition complex where exhibitions and other cultural events will be held. A spacious ground parking for 2,000 parking spaces is provided for visitors.
