A new shopping mall will open in Saratov
A new shopping and entertainment center Pobeda Plaza is being prepared for opening in Saratov, the total area of which will be 22 thousand sq. m. Pobeda Plaza shopping center is located in the historical center of Saratov, on Sacco and Vanzetti Street, in close proximity to the main pedestrian street of the city, Kirov Avenue. As Elena Shevchuk, Vice President for Commercial Real estate at GVA Sawyer, noted , the central location of the shopping center was a determining factor in developing the concept of the mall, attracting a strong pool of tenants and developing a marketing communications strategy. The design solutions of the interiors, food court and common areas of the shopping center were developed with the participation of the leading English architectural bureau Dyer (Dyar). "An absolute advantage for visitors to the Pobeda Plaza center will be underground and ground parking for more than 150 m/places," added Elena Shevchuk.
Currently, the signing of long-term lease agreements with the anchor tenants of the project is being completed and active negotiations are underway with the tenants of the gallery, cafe and restaurant areas. The high-quality pool of the shopping and entertainment center will include a federal grocery supermarket (1100 sq. m.), a children's entertainment and trampoline center (1000 sq. m.), clothing and shoe stores, a food court area, cafes and restaurant concepts. A multiplex cinema will also be opened in a unique concept, implemented for the first time in Saratov.
