Uniqlo opens in Vegas Kuntsevo shopping mall

Japanese casual clothing brand Uniqlo rented 1,100 sq.m. m in the new shopping and entertainment complex «Vegas Kuntsevo». The consultant of the transaction was the company JLL. Developer and owner of the shopping mall «Vegas Kuntsevo» – one of the leading players in the Russian commercial real estate market, Crocus Group.

 

Uniqlo will appear on the 2nd floor of the shopping mall and will become part of the gallery of fashion brands along with Zara, H&M, Baldinini, Lacoste, G-Star Raw, Levi's and many others. The store is scheduled to open in early 2018.

The Uniqlo brand was founded in 1949 in Japan. At the moment, there are more than 1,900 stores in 19 countries around the world. The opening of the first store in Russia took place in 2010, and today the brand is represented in the country by 25 stores in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod and Kazan.

 

Shopping mall «Vegas Kuntsevo», the third complex of the thematic network of shopping malls Vegas, is located on 56 km of the Moscow Ring Road, between Mozhaisk and Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway. The total area of the facility is 286.9 thousand sq. m., leased - 119.5 thousand sq.m.
