UNIQLO opens two stores in Yekaterinburg

On August 24, UNIQLO will open two new stores in Yekaterinburg – in Greenwich shopping center» and MEGA Yekaterinburg shopping center. Thus, the number of stores of the global Japanese brand in Russia will increase to thirty-one.

 

On the eve of the opening of stores in Yekaterinburg, the Japanese casual clothing brand UNIQLO on August 10 launched a Pop-Up corner in the Greenwich shopping center . This unique format will allow visitors to the shopping center to get acquainted with a brand new to the region, its philosophy and concept LifeWear ("Clothing for life"), innovative technologies that underlie the production of clothing UNIQLO, as well as new models from autumn-winter collection 2018.

 

 

To show the variety of possible styles and images of LifeWear, a change of exposure is assumed in the Pop-Up space. It will feature not only informational materials, but also key combinations of models from the autumn-winter 2018 collection. Corner consultants will introduce visitors to UNIQLO technologies and present iconic ultralight down jackets and vests, high-quality knitwear, denim items and much more. Pop-Up corner is for informational purposes only and does not involve the sale of clothing. It is valid until August 24 - the opening of UNIQLO stores in the city.

 

The grand opening of new stores in Yekaterinburg will take place on Friday, August 24. The first, at 11.00, will open UNIQLO MEGA Yekaterinburg, followed by at 12.00 will open UNIQLO Greenwich.

 

In the festive opening program:

  • incendiary show of Japanese drummers – powerful energy of rhythm, Japanese taiko drums, ancient Japanese musical traditions in combination with choreography;
  • raffle of prizes and certificates for online shopping «Wish Tree», where every customer will be able to win a gift from UNIQLO;
  • during the first three days of the stores' operation, customers will receive special offers and gifts. The first 500 customers will receive a UNIQLO branded shopping bag, as well as other gifts during the three opening days.

 

The area of the new store UNIQLO Greenwich will be about 1800 sq. m. m and will be located in the new queue of the shopping center on the ground and ground floors. UNIQLO MEGA Yekaterinburg will occupy a convenient location at the main entrance to the shopping center, and the area of the new store will be about 1600 sq. m. Functional, high-quality and comfortable laconic design clothing created within the framework of the LifeWear concept will be presented in the stores. It will suit everyone in any life situation.
