The shares of the Burberry fashion house fell several times

For 15 years, Burberry Group Plc has been on the list of British “blue chips” — shares of the largest and most stable companies with an impeccable reputation and high liquidity.

However, over the past three months, the shares of the fashion house have fallen by almost a third, according to The Business of Fashion. This event was influenced by a number of reasons, but a big impact was the drop in demand in the industry, as well as the lack of high-profile collaborations and brand partnerships. Burberry's market capitalization of 2.5 billion pounds puts it at 140th place in the FTSE 350 index of UK company stocks. Since 2009, the company has been on the FTSE 100 list, but this year it is likely to lose its position.
