Chinese investors can buy a wholesale shopping center "Torzhok" in Khimki and create a retail park on its basis, said Denis Butsaev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Moscow Region.

The Torzhok shopping complex is located at the junction of the MKAD and Leningradskoye Highway. Its area is 130 thousand square meters, on which 2 000 two-level pavilions are located.

"A project is being discussed jointly with Sberbank of Russia to launch the largest retail park in the Moscow Region on the basis of the Torzhok shopping complex," Butsaev said.

The three-level mall «Torzhok» opened at the end of 2015. The project is distinguished by its focus on the wholesale segment of the light industry trade market and has its own warehouse and logistics resources.
