The Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being traditionally holds on the eve of the New Year and winter children's holidaysThe All-Russian hotline on the quality and safety of children's products. In 2017, the work of the line started on December 4. Due to the large number of requests, it was decided to extend the work of the hotline until December 28.

Specialists of the territorial Departments of Rospotrebnadzor together with the Centers of Hygiene and Epidemiology in the subjects of the Russian Federation continue to advise citizens by phone "hotlines" of the departments of Rospotrebnadzor in the subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as in Consulting centers for consumers.

Consultations are held on the quality and safety of children's clothing, shoes, toys, sweet gifts, carnival costumes, pyrotechnics, services of animators and children's Christmas trees, as well as current regulatory requirements for this category of goods and services.

Information about the working hours and contact numbers of "hotlines" are posted on the websites of the territorial departments of Rospotrebnadzor and the Federal Medical Institution "Center of Hygiene and Epidemiology".
