In the west of Moscow on November 11, under the management of the company JLL , a new shopping center – «Fili Grad» started working.The developer of the object is MR Group. The shopping center is part of the multifunctional complex of the same name, located near the business center "Moscow City".

The multifunctional complex «Fili Grad» is the first large-scale project in the area of «Big City» and the largest in the category «comfort class». The shopping gallery as part of the complex has a total area of 15 thousand square meters, a retail area of 11.8 thousand square meters.

Among the tenants of the shopping center – beauty salon Solovei, Italian dry cleaning and laundry «Lavanderia», grocery supermarket «Crossroads», oriental sweets store. In the near future in «Fili Grad» will begin work: the flagship project of the network of fitness clubs Fitness One Art, pharmacy «Neopharm», coffee shop «Chocolate shop», restaurant Koi Nori, floristry and design studio Fleurs Royales, atelier and other shops. The preparation of the object for opening, its launch and further management is carried out by the JLL command. As part of the management agreement, the company provides a full range of services: tenant relationship management, financial and accounting, as well as marketing management. In addition, the Department of commercial real estate JLL is responsible for renting out the object.

The complex has a convenient location – within walking distance from metro «Fili» and MCC station «Shelepikha». It can be reached quickly from the historical center of Moscow and MIBC "Moscow City". A three-level parking for 1,200 cars is provided in the shopping center.
