LCM Consulting, exclusive consultant and broker of the project FJORD PLAZA (GBA  43,917.6 sq. m, GLA   29,655.3 sq. m) in Pskov, informs that the official opening of the new shopping center is scheduled for August 15, 2019. The readiness of the facility can be judged by the current stage of construction and installation work. So, to date, the thermal circuit of the building has been closed, the facades have been completely completed. In addition, engineering systems are being installed and common areas are being finished, and rental premises are being actively prepared for delivery. The developer of the project also carries out the improvement of the spacious adjacent territory and the construction of access roads: a section of the highway at the exit to the shopping center was restored for the convenience of visitors and residents of surrounding houses and complexes.

FJORD PLAZA shopping center is located on one of the largest automobile arteries of Pskov, Rizhsky Avenue, towards the border of the Russian Federation, in the most densely populated area of the city, in the area of already implemented and promising development. The architectural concept of the shopping center is made by the English bureau Dyer and is based on the landscapes of the world's largest fjord Skorbisanda, whose appearance also served as inspiration for the interior decoration.
