We need less taxes!
Proposals on directions and mechanisms for improving business conditions are discussed in committees, councils and associations of entrepreneurs of the CCI of the Russian Federation in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, given on March 1, 2018 duringMessages of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
On May 16, 2018, a meeting of members took placeCommittee of the CCI of the Russian Federation on Entrepreneurship in the Textile and Light Industry and Vice-President of the CCI of the Russian Federation Dmitry Kurochkin. At a meeting with the assets of the Committee, its chairman, the President of SOYUZLEGPROm, Andrey Razbrodin, proposed to reduce the tax burden (especially with regard to the streamlining of work on the payment of taxes on cadastral value), to amend the policy of the Central Bank of Russia to contain the money supply and to achieve further reduction of the interest rate on loans.
Mr. Razbrodin also made a proposal to strengthen the role of industry self-regulatory organizations in managing the work and development of the industry. An industry self-regulating organization (such as, for example, SOYUZLEGPROM) with an appropriate level of delegation of functions and responsibilities can significantly improve the quality of decisions made, ensure control over their implementation, high-quality statistics and analytics.
General Director of JSC "Smolensk hosiery and knitting factory"OUR" Nina Nikonova made a report on the growth of excessive load on the enterprise, the decline in household incomes and competition with China, where there is strong state support for exports. General Director of CJSC MOF «Paris Commune» Alexander Nikitin noted a sharp increase in inspections of entrepreneurs by government agencies. The president of the company "Tchaikovsky Textiles" Evgeny Titov proposed to establish a requirement to label the manufacturer's name and the address of the production site on the wrong side of the fabric in order to prevent counterfeiting and simplify for companies with state participation control over the raw materials used in sewing workwear. The high efficiency of labeling has already been confirmed by the experience of chipping fur products. The proposals made will be summarized and sent to the Government of the Russian Federation.
