New shopping mall in Pushkino
The international consulting company CBRE announces the opening of the shopping and entertainment center in Pushkino «Pushkino Park»– in fact, the first modern high-quality facility in the Moscow region. The developer of the project is LLC "Shopping Gallery".
On March 16, a closed ceremony of cutting the red ribbon was held together with Ilya Aleksandrovich Maximov, Deputy head of the Administration of the Pushkin Municipal District. In honor of the grand opening, the shopping center hosted a fashion show, a car raffle and, at the end, a concert by Olga Buzova. The festive events in the shopping and entertainment center "Pushkino Park" were attended by about 40,000 people.
The total area of the new shopping mall is 45,000 sq. m. The shopping gallery has become part of a successfully operating retail park, the anchor operators of which are: hypermarket «Globe», «Leroy Merlin», «Decathlon», garden center «Darwin», Starbucks and other well-known brands.
By the time of opening, lease agreements have been concluded for more than 85% of the areas, while commercial activity is carried out on more than 70% of the shopping center's areas, many tenants are at the construction stage of stores and are preparing to open. We managed to bring the operators long-awaited by the residents of Pushkino and Pushkinsky district into the project, but we do not plan to stop there. In the near future, even more unique brands and interesting concepts will be opened here.
