15th anniversary season of the exhibition of hats and accessories Chapeau will open on August 17 in Gostiny Dvor simultaneously with the 4th salon of fur and leather fashion Mosfur.

The flagship project of the exhibition company «Cordon» – Chapeau – this year 2017 marks the 15th anniversary. A special season for the event began with the renewal of the organizing committee team. The director of the exhibition was appointed Igor Shevchenko, who was at the origin of the concept of the project and successfully launched it in 2003. The team was also joined by Victoria Istomina in the role of creative director and curator of the fur direction.

For the third year in a row together with Chapeau will operate the annual salon of fur and leather fashion Mosfur, established by «Cordon» in 2014. The joint exhibition will be attended not only by manufacturing companies, but also by the world's leading auction houses, presenting technological innovations in the processing, dyeing and use of fur elements in everyday and high fashion.

The second day of the exhibition will be completely devoted to the business program Chapeau Fashion Conference, the topics of which will be education and career. The exhibitors and guests will be addressed by entrepreneurs, lawyers, business consultants and journalists who will share their experience and help put it into practice.

The main podium will host competitive shows with the participation of recognized fashion designers, aspiring designers, students of creative universities, children's fashion theaters, professional models and show business stars. The culmination of the exhibition program will be an award ceremony at which the winners of the projects will be determinedChapeau Fashion Start, «Shapenok», Chapeau Fashion, photo contest «It's in the hat», as well as the new owners of«The Crown of the Empire of hats» and «The Crown of the Empire of fur». The contestants will be judged by Vyacheslav and Egor Zaitsev, Sergey Efremov (Efremov), Lia Gureeva (Lia Gureeva), Sammy Kotvani ("Imperial Tailor") and other experts.
