Today, on December 14, an informational message was published on the website of Detsky Mir Group of Companies, which states that the holding's stores are operating normally and shareholders have nothing to fear.
PJSC "Detsky Mir"Russia's largest specialized retail operator of trade in children's goods brings to the attention of all interested parties that, according to a message from PJSC AFK "System"(the majority shareholder of the company), in the framework of the claim of Rosneft and Bashneft for recovery from Sistema and its subsidiary JSC Sistema-Invest"losses in the amount of 131.6 billion rubles, the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan issued a ruling on the seizure of part of the property of AFK "Sistema" and JSC "Sistema-Invest", including shares of "Detsky Mir" owned by AFK "Sistema".

In this regard PJSC "Detsky Mir" informs that the company is operating normally, and the above events do not affect the activities of "Detsky Mir" and do not create restrictions on transactions with shares of "Detsky of the world», which are owned by other shareholders, as well as their rights to receive dividends.
