From October 25 to 27, 2018 in St. Petersburg, with the support of the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Unified Center for Entrepreneurship, the Regional Integration Center, the Business Incubator, the Association for the Promotion of Business Relations, the Chinese Business Center and the Japanese Center for the Development of Trade and Economic Relations will begin work International Business Forum IBF-2018 in the field of light industry.

IBF-2018 is a specialized trade and economic event for a professional audience and specialists representing medium and small businesses. The purpose of the forum is to create a platform for increasing sales, sustainable conditions and active entry of designers, buyers, manufacturers of textiles, clothing, shoes and accessories into the international market of East Asia. Representatives of the relevant committees of the Government of St. Petersburg, speakers, top managers and leading experts of industry enterprises, entrepreneurs from various regions of Russia, representatives of light industry business associations of the countries of the East Asian region, Russian and foreign buyers, designers, and the media are invited to the IBF-2018.

Within the framework of the business program of the forum, a number of conferences and business dialogues will be held with representatives of the industry of the regions of Russia and the countries of East Asia, discussion of strategic and relevant information on investment, customs duties, exports, as well as issues of personnel policy for training experts and industry specialists for medium and small businesses in the regions Russia.

During the forum, after the end of the main business format of meetings and negotiations, a demonstration of industrial collections of clothing by Russian and foreign designers will take place on a special platform, and on the last day of the forum, a gala gala show of clothing collections by famous designers will take place.
