Clothing retail group Apranga has established a subsidiary in Lithuania to manage women's clothing stores Oysho under the name Apranga OLT.The company's authorized capital is 50,000 euros.

The first store Oysho in Vilnius is planned to open in the first half of 2018 in the shopping and entertainment center "Acropolis".

Apranga Groupand clothing manufacturer Inditex also last week extended franchise agreements for development in the Baltic States.Currently, Apranga Group owns 46 stores of the Inditex chain in the Baltic States, including 12 stores of ZARA, 8 stores of Bershka, 8– Pull and Bear, 6–Stradivarius, 9– Massimo Dutti and 3– Zara Home.
