Consulting company «Sign», specializing in the market of small shopping centers and decoration of retail premises, entered the fi-development market. The company has started construction of a shopping center in the Leninsky district of the Moscow region, in the city of Vidnoye, with subsequent brokerage of the facility. The volume of investments in the implementation of the project will be about 140 million rubles. It is planned to recoup the investment in 5 years.

The shopping center is being built on the site of the former market at the Rastorguyevo station. It will be a one-story "neighborhood" with a total area of just under 1,500 sq. m. Anchor tenants will occupy most of the retail space: a grocery supermarket and a food court operator. The shopping gallery will be represented by boutiques and a consumer services operator.

The high pedestrian traffic provided by the Rastorguyevo station will generate good customer traffic. Federal retail chains, such as: "Magnet", "Vkusville", "Dodo pizza", etc. have already become interested in the project.

The opening of the shopping center is scheduled for the II quarter of 2019.
