«The city» will become the largest shopping center in Dolgoprudny. The complex will feature international brands and federal retailers. The total area of the shopping center will be 26,000 sq. m, the rental area is 12,650 sq. m.

The developer of the project is the company FLATIS, a full-cycle conceptual developer. For 8 years, the company has implemented 13 projects in the field of residential and commercial real estate in 5 cities of the Moscow region. 

Anchor tenants of the complex will be a grocery discounter in the format of 3000 sq. m, a home appliance and electronics store, a children's goods store, a department store of household and garden goods, a clothing and footwear department store, as well as a food court area and restaurants. Construction work is underway at the excavation stage. The commissioning of the shopping center "City" is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2019.

The shopping center «City»  has excellent location characteristics. The object is located in the central part of the city, inside large traffic flows. The plot is located in a densely populated residential area, in the immediate surroundings the residential complex "Central" is being built for 2 500 apartments. 

Currently, the population of the city of Dolgoprudny is insufficiently provided with high-quality retail space. The security indicator is 80 sq. m. m per 1000 inhabitants.
