CBRE, a leading international real estate consulting company, an exclusive consultant for renting out the second stage of thediscount center "Ordzhonikidze, 11", announces that 2 months before the official opening, which is scheduled for March 1, 2019, the second stage of the facility is already almost 100% leased. The first stage «Ordzhonikidze, 11» is fully occupied.
The concept of the second stage includes well-known international and Russian brands, including No One, U.S.Polo, New Balance, Timberland, Geox, StreetBeat, Levi's, Helly Hansen, Napapijri, Paolo Conte, Lusio, as well as chain retailers Familia, StreetBeat, «STOCKMANN» and others. Home decor and interior products are presented by the operator Kuchenland, as well as in the interior area of the store «STOCKMANN». Discount stores of such brands as Bella Kareema, Dr.Koffer, Camp David are the only ones in Moscow so far. In addition to the above, the second stage of the facility provides a food court area, the design of which was developed separately by the Scottish architectural bureau, as well as a cafe, a children's club, a pharmacy, ATMs and other services.
The total area of the discount center Ordzhonikidze, 11 is 50,000 sq. m, the area of the second stage is about 15,000 sq. m, which makes the discount center the largest in the Moscow region. This is the only project in this segment located within the Moscow TTK.

The DC area did not allow us to accommodate everyone, because there were no vacant premises in the first phase. In fact, the decision to expand the project was based on demand from retailers. In addition, we have seen unsatisfied customer demand. The Discount Center lacked stores of a higher price segment, and there was also a need to expand the assortment as a whole. Today, at the final stage of work on the second stage, before the official opening, we can confidently say that our predictions about the possible success of the project have been justified. We managed to attract interesting tenants to the project in a short time, which will successfully complement the concept of the Discount Center, and, in turn, will attract new visitors to the DC. In addition, already in February – March, our marketing campaign for potential visitors to the DC will start. We are confident that we will be able to provide our stores with a large customer flow.
