JSC "Yegoryevsk-obuv" joined the All-Russian program for the introduction of a systematic approach to improving labor productivity under the supervision of JSC "Production System"Rosatom" in August 2018. In mid-February, the summing up of the work of the project teams will take place. The project itself is scheduled to be completed by the end of April 2019.

As part of the project, a part of the technological chain of product production in the sewing workshop was covered in production. As a result, labor productivity growth at the pilot site amounted to more than 10%. The second project team was engaged in improvements in the development of the collection, optimizing several processes at once, including marketing, development and testing of new models, sewing samples.
