33rd specialized exhibition of textile and Light industry "Fashion and Style. Kazan – Spring» will begin its work on February 28 and will last until March 4, 2018. Within five days, the participants of the event will be able to get acquainted with the highest quality products from manufacturers in Russia and abroad.The bright and fashionable event of this spring will be held at the Kazan Fair.

The purpose of the exhibition is to create optimal conditions for the demonstration of products, effective exchange of experience in the field of technology and professional organization of business, establishing new business contacts and concluding contracts, analyzing the state of the market and the competitiveness of products.The exhibition will feature clothing, hats, fabrics, accessories, underwear, knitwear and much more.

The exhibition will be opened by the contest of young designers of the Republic of Tatarstan "Spring style", organized by the Kazan National Research Technological University, Institute of Light Industry Technologies of Fashion and Design, Department of "Design". Young designers, fashion industry specialists, novice masters of cutting and sewing will demonstrate their skills and at the same time will be able to gain new knowledge in the professional field. 

On February 28, the III International Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic"Innovative development of light industry" will be held for textile and light industry specialists within the framework of the exhibition, organized by the Kazan National Research University Technological University» and «Union of Textile and Light Industry Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan».At the conference, young scientists and specialists will discuss the state of the industry at this stage, problems, major innovations, as well as the possibilities of their implementation for the development of light industry.
