On May 21, the retail chain of hypermarkets of children's goods «Childhood City» opened the 16th chain store in St. Petersburg, on Nauki Avenue. The new store occupies an area of 570 sq. m. The broker of the transaction was the company Global Estate.

Retail chain of hypermarkets of children's goods «Childhood City» – one of the most dynamically developing regional operators in the children's segment. The retailer already has 16 stores at its disposal in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, and it is planned to open at least 10 more. In the future, the company intends to enter the regions of Russia. All stores of the chain are presented in a self-service format, have a wide range of products for newborns and children of primary and secondary school age (up to 9 years), as well as products for pregnant and nursing mothers.

«A well-chosen location of the premises will provide the store with high profitability. There are quite a lot of young families with children living in this active residential area, which is not very convenient for them to get to other children's shops. The demand for this location is high at all times, and there is a shortage with vacant areas, so "Childhood City" got their bearings in time and rented the site,"notes Lilia Pavlova, executive director of the company Global Estate.
