SVN Management Company will be engaged in the operation of the mall "Mile"
X5 Retail Group has signed a contract with SVN for the maintenance of its own full-format shopping center in Moscow. MALL "Mile" with a total area of 38 thousand sq. m. built in the Zhulebino area.
Under the contract, the management company SVN will provide acceptance of engineering systems and equipment at the first stage and will give recommendations on the placement of support services in the shopping center. The responsibilities of the management company will include maintenance of the building, comprehensive cleaning, environmental measures, administrative services.

We will make every effort to justify the trust placed in us. We will pay special attention to the comfort of tenants and visitors in the shopping center," comments Marina Velikoretskaya, CEO of SVN .
The shopping and entertainment center "Mile" includes three floors, on which there are a shopping gallery, cafes, restaurants, a cinema, a supermarket. The total area of the object (GBA) is 38,000 m2, the leased area (GLA) is 17,423 m2.
