The results of the Annual National Award Loyalty Awards Russia have been summed up. The winner in the nomination «The best loyalty program of the mall» was the company MALLTECH. The award was given to the Loyalty Program of the shopping mall network «Planet», «Aura», «SUMMER», implemented jointly with JSC «Tinkoff Bank». The award ceremony took place on June 19.

 

 

The Loyalty Awards Russia award was established by the International Association of Customer Experience Management Specialists (ICXC) and the industry specialized portal "Loyalty Library" in order to identify the best professionals of the loyalty marketing market in Russia and CIS countries.
