Two registered brand trademarks, both for «ITSupremeNow», have reportedly been cancelled China Trademark Office (CTMO) following the continuation of the legal proceedings initiated by Supreme, including direct work with "local law enforcement agencies in China to enforce its rights to its trademarks. Although Supreme US currently has no registered labels in In China, according to CTMO, Americans have submitted 85 applications.

Supreme Italia, which belongs to the private British company International Brand Firm Limited, openly admitted to selling counterfeit goods.
