Supreme Italia has lost its Trademarks in China
Just a few weeks after the opening of the second store in Shanghai and during several months of ongoing litigation with Supreme, the brand copying the original name Supreme is recognized as counterfeit.At least in China.
Two registered brand trademarks, both for «ITSupremeNow», have reportedly been cancelled China Trademark Office (CTMO) following the continuation of the legal proceedings initiated by Supreme, including direct work with "local law enforcement agencies in China to enforce its rights to its trademarks. Although Supreme US currently has no registered labels in In China, according to CTMO, Americans have submitted 85 applications.
Supreme Italia, which belongs to the private British company International Brand Firm Limited, openly admitted to selling counterfeit goods. In addition to working in its two large representative offices with stores in Shanghai, retailer Supreme Italia (now declared a fake brand and banned in PRC), actively worked with brands such as RIMOWA and Samsung.
