Street retail will be offered new buildings in Moscow
Almost 130 non-residential premises for street retail are put up for auction in new buildings in Moscow. This was reported in the press service of the metropolitan Department of Competition Policy.
Entrepreneurs have the opportunity to purchase non-residential premises for the development of their business in new buildings. This can be done through open auctions, according to Gennady Degtev, head of the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy.
"127 non-residential properties located in new buildings, entrepreneurs can purchase through auctions. This is a great option for street retail. Moreover, the first floors in many new apartment buildings in Moscow are specially designed for commercial premises - shops, salons or offices. The objects put up for public auction are located in nine districts of the capital. Their average initial cost is 106 thousand rubles per 1 sq. m., commented the head of the department Gennady Degtev.
The cost of lots varies from 3.4 million rubles. for an object with an area of 32 square meters. m up to 63 million rubles. for an object with an area of more than 700 sq. m.
Most of the premises are located in the Northern Administrative District – 47 objects, in the Western – 32 objects, in the north-east of the capital – 12.
Auctions for the privatization of premises in new buildings will be held on April 26, May 7, 10, 23 and 30, as well as June 5, 2018.
