On August 14, during a working visit to the Ivanovo region, the president of the Russian Union of Textile and Light Industry Entrepreneurs, Andrey Razbrodin, visited the factory of the companyMirtexin the city of Furmanov, one of the largest manufacturers of knitted fabric in Russia, the press center of SOYUZLEGPROM reports.

The guest was met by Dmitry Makeev, Acting Director of«Mirtex»,, who told the delegation that the company specializes in the production and finishing of knitted fabric. Familiarization with the factory began with the knitting workshop of the enterprise, which is equipped with flat-knitting and round-knitting machines of various classes and diameters.Dmitry Makeev informed that modern high-level knitting equipment produces up to 40 tons of knitted fabric per day.

Dyeing lines are installed in the finishing shop for the production of smooth-painted canvas. The process of dyeing and bleaching knitwear is fully automated, it is carried out in modern high-tech dyeing complexes. At the same time, the latest European dyes are used, confirmed by safety certificates. The production is equipped with modern laboratories for quality control of chemical and physical products, which are important links in the technological process of the enterprise. Here the knitted fabric is tested for strength, extensibility, wear resistance, and the necessary tone of the color solution is selected.

The history of the company's existence on the Russian market has more than 20 years. In 2014, the company «Mirtex» launched its production facilities on the basis of a former foundry and mechanical plant, where new production and warehouse buildings were built, an administrative and economic building was renovated, its own boiler room and modern treatment facilities were built. The latest knitting, dyeing and printing equipment of well-known world manufacturers has been put into operation on the territory of the complex.

The company entered the knitted fabric production market as an investment project and specializes in the production and finishing of knitted fabric. Investments for 2016 amounted to about360 millionrubles.

Today the company has more than700specialists and production workers. The company has implemented a system of continuous training and certification of personnel with the involvement of leading specialists in the textile industry. The factory works around the clock. The volume of products produced in 2016 amounted to7,198 tons of knitted fabric.
