On July 26, an official meeting of the delegation took place in MoscowThe Chinese Committee for the Promotion of International Trade in Shanghai and the leadership The Russian Union of Textile and Light Industry Entrepreneurs (Soyuzlegprom).

The Chinese delegation was represented at the event by: Shi Xianping, Chairman of the China Dye Manufacturers Association (CDIA);Chen Zhihua, President of the China Dyeing and Printing Association (CDPA);Lin Lin, Secretary General of the China Dyeing and Printing Association (CDPA);Tian Liming, Secretary General of the Asian Industry Federation of Dye Manufacturers;Wang Weina, Director General of the Shanghai Sub-Council under the China International Trade Development Council (Shanghai Sub-Council) and the head of the exhibition Interdye; Lily Wang, Executive Vice President of the Shanghai Sub-Council under the Council for the Development of International Trade of China (Shanghai Sub-Council).

The participants of the meeting discussed the prospects for mutual cooperation at the level of the leading industry associations of the two countries. As part of the negotiations, the parties expressed interest in jointly developing the exhibition expositions of the two countries at the international exhibitions Interdye (organizer: Shanghai International Exhibition Service Co., LTD) and Intertkan.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to conclude a joint cooperation agreement between the two national associations.
