Winners of the II FASHION MANAGEMENT Forum competition
On November 30, 2017, Novosibirsk hosted the final gala show of fashion design collections designed for Russian brands within the framework of the II International Fashion Business Forum FASHION MANAGEMENT. The program of the gala show included a demonstration of competitive works of clothing collections intended for introduction into industrial production in 2018, and a grand fashion show of existing collections of famous Russian designers, clothing manufacturers and textile suppliers.
For six months, teams of designers, stylists, designers and tailors have been developing designer collections on a competitive basis according to the technical specifications of Russian sewing enterprises. The customers were sewing companies «Angelica», «Diana», textile company Ganesh Textile. In total, more than 26 collections were developed, 15 of them were presented in the final.
The inclusive collections focus on comfort and convenience, as well as thoughtful design solutions and design that correspond to the latest fashion trends. After the show, the sewn products were presented to the models – guys from the sports and rehabilitation club «Ob » and the public organization «Finist ». And the developments themselves will be transferred to the production of interested sewing enterprises.
The highlight of the grand fashion show was a show with the participation of young people from the Youth House of the Novosibirsk Diocese, which acted as an official partner of the Forum. For the first time in Novosibirsk, participants of the Orthodox youth movement demonstrated exclusive collections of the capital's designers. The gentle images of the models emphasized the inner beauty, the image of an Orthodox person.
Manufacturer of knitwear Triccotte demonstrated a new winter collection to the guests of the evening, and textile salon «Bravissimo» took part with the display of products made by the tattoo method.
Among the finalists, 3 collections for people with disabilities were presented within the framework of the project "Fashion of Equal Opportunities", which is the first innovative experience for the light industry market of the city of Novosibirsk.
The expert council includes teachers and the best students of the Novosibirsk Institute of Technology, College of Light Industry, Director of Fashion Education Center, Inna Arkhipova.The Chairman of the expert council in 2017 was the artistic director of the International Competition of Young Designers of the Admiralty Needle Competition, Lyubov Rubenyan (St. Petersburg).
Following the results of the competitive screenings , the Expert Council of the Forum determined the following winners:
1st place Ekaterina Karas, collection «Major», nomination «Children»
2nd place Elena Ushakova, Lydia Zueva, collection «Escapade on the coast», nomination «Children»
3rd place Larisa Borisova, Maria Berseneva, collection «Pocahontas», nomination «Fur products».
For the first time in the history of the Forum, the viewer was able to choose his favorite directly. The winner of the online voting in the Vkontakte group was the collection of Valentina Pushkarskaya, Antonina Nekrasova, Ekaterina Isakova. Urban Summer.
