We are modernizing the Ivanovo cluster
Delegation The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, as part of the Vice-President of the CCI of the Russian Federation Dmitry Kurochkin and the President of the CCI of the Ivanovo region Leonid Ivanov visited JSC KHBC "Shuisky chintz"(Ivanovo region). The members of the delegation met with Svetlana Davletova, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Ivanovo Region, Head of the Economic Development Complex of the Ivanovo Region. Lyudmila Badak, Director of the Department of Economic Development and Trade of the Ivanovo Region, and Lyudmila Dmitrieva, Head of the Project Management Center, took part in the negotiations.
At the meeting, Dmitry Kurochkin stressed that the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is ready to actively contribute to the technical re-equipment and modernization of industrial production. The issues of support and development of industrial enterprises of the Ivanovo region, interaction of the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Ivanovo Region and the Chamber of Commerce of the Ivanovo region were also discussed. Evgeny Blinov, the Director of the Finishing Factory of OJSC KHBC, discussed the implementation of the investment project, production plans, and current activities. It was emphasized that with the involvement of the FRP loan, the company will install new weaving and finishing equipment, which will make it possible to produce thinner, lighter and stronger fabrics for home textiles and special purpose fabrics to expand the assortment capabilities of the plant. The company plans to export products manufactured on new equipment to Germany, Italy, Poland and the Czech Republic. Right now, new equipment is being delivered according to the project, which will significantly increase the competitiveness of the products.
Dmitry Kurochkin, Leonid Ivanov and Anna Bogadelina also discussed the possibility of implementing a new project for the production of elementarized flax fiber based on the latest developments of scientists from the Ivanovo Polytechnic University and the IHR RAS.
