Leading brands in the first outlet center of Yekaterinburg
American fashion brand Guess will open a store with an area of 340 sq.m. m in Brands’ Stories Outlet Center Yekaterinburg. The consultant of the transaction was the company «Store of Stores».
Brands’ stories Outlet Center This is the first and so far the only outlet center in the region, which promises to become a real innovation in the world of shopping in the Urals. The center presents a large selection of brands with discounts. In addition to Guess, the project has already opened more than 100 stores of international and federal brands in the price segment "medium plus".This will allow, without waiting for the discount season, to replenish the wardrobe with your favorite brands all year round at prices 30% 90% lower than usual.
One of the main tasks set by the project team during its development was to create an atmosphere of European shopping inherent in professional outlet centers in different European cities. The project of the building was developed by the Polish architectural bureau AHR.
The outlet's galleries will house shops, cafes, restaurants, recreation areas and a playground for children. About 70% of tenants are representatives of well-known brands.
The official opening of the outlet is scheduled for December 18, 2018. The project will be implemented in two stages, the GBA of the first stage is 17,000 sq. m., the second is 7,000 sq. m. The outlet has a wide coverage area of 5.5 million people (the population of three million-plus cities of Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Perm, as well as the population of Tyumen and the cities of the Sverdlovsk region).
The convenient location of the outlet center inside the EKAD (Yekaterinburg Ring Road), next to the new residential neighborhood Sunny – one of the largest projects of integrated development of the territory in Yekaterinburg, increases the transport accessibility zone of the project.
While the construction works are underway, the employees of Brands’ stories Outlet Center are learning from the successful management teams of world-famous outlet centers. Internships were held in leading companies: McArthurGlen, Value Retail, Neinver and others. At this stage, the training is not suspended and will continue on an ongoing basis with the support of the English company TLC Specialist Outlet Consultancy.
