Italy in the textile market

Italian enterprises working in the field of production of equipment for the textile industry offer their technological solutions to Russian textile manufacturers at the annual exhibition Techtextil Russia.

The Association of Italian Manufacturers of Equipment for the Textile Industry and the Italian Embassy Agency, the Department for the Development of Trade Exchange, organized the work of the Italian National Pavilion at the exhibitionTechtextil Russia, dedicated to the production of technical fabrics and non-woven textiles, which opens today in In Moscow, at the Expocentre Fairgrounds, and will last until March 23.

 

 

At the Italian exposition, located in the pavilion «Forum», the products of 23 enterprises will be presented: A.T.F. AUTOMATIONS SRL, BETA MACHINERY SRL, BOMBI MECCANICA SRL, BONINO CARDING MACHINES SRL, CIBITEX SRL, COGNE MACCHINE TESSILI SPA, DURST, PHOTOTECHNIK SPA, FABOTEX TECNOLOGY SRL, FADIS SPA, FERRARO SPA, GUARNERI TECHNOLOGY SRL, MCS OFFICINA MECCANICA SPA, NUOVA COSMATEX SRL, PUGI GROUP SRL, RATTI LUINO SRL, SALMOIRAGHI SPA, SARIEL SRL, REGGIANI MACCHINE SPA, SANTEX RIMAR GROUP SRL, SMIT SRL, SICAM SRL SOC. IT. COSTRUZIONI AEROMECCANICHE SRL, TESSIL GOMMA DI SERGIO BUSON, TOSCANA SPAZZOLE INDUSTRIALI SRL.

 

This year, the time of the exhibition coincided with a period of rapid growth in the Russian textile industry. The Russian government initiated the launch of several pilot projects aimed at modernizing the existing fleet of technological equipment at textile industry enterprises, as well as ensuring the growth of the supply of products of local companies on the Russian market. In particular, the production of technical fabrics is perceived by government agencies as one of the driving factors in the development of the Russian textile industry as a whole.

 

"Italian equipment manufacturers are ready to meet the modernization needs of modern Russian textile enterprises. At this stage of the technological park renewal, there is an opportunity to further strengthen the relations existing between Russian textile enterprises and Italian equipment suppliers, which have already been raised to a high level thanks to numerous initiatives jointly conducted by the Association ACIMIT and Agency ICHE in previous years».

According to the data of the Russian Customs Service, in 2016, Italian exports of textile industry equipment to Russia amounted to 28.9 million euros, and in the first eleven months of 2017, an increase of 30% was recorded compared to the same period of 2016, which is 21.5 million euros in value terms.
