Integrated Systems Russia summarizes the results

From October 31 to November 2, the Moscow "Expocenter" hosted the international exhibition of audiovisual and information and communication technologies Integrated Systems Russia 2017. This year the exhibition was visited by 12,903 people, which is 9% more than last year (11,836 people).

Integrated Systems Russia demonstrated readiness for qualitative transformation – transition from demonstration of equipment to complex solutions for various sectors of the economy, the use of which could be seen both at the exhibitors' stands and in the framework of existing installations reflecting the scenarios of real objects.

"We try to respond to market changes in a timely manner and see the development of the exhibitions Integrated Systems Russia and Hi-Tech Building precisely in the field of demonstration of ready-made solutions, which will attract additional attention of customers from the state and business to the events".

Daria Petrova, Deputy General Director of the exhibition company "Midexpo"

Taking into account the formed trends, the organizers focused the business program on the needs of the market. Twelve multidirectional events, including conferences, round tables, seminars and closed meetings, occupied 5 conference halls of the exhibition center "Expocentre".

A conference "Digital Signage in retail" was organized for representatives of the retail industry. In the first part, the world's leading market analysts from Popai Russia, Invidis Consulting, Redis Crew, Video Planning, MyAdbooker, Yandex, PJSC Rostelecom and AddReality discussed the effectiveness of using Digital Signage and DOOH (Digital Out Of Home) for the retail industry, drivers of market development and braking vectors. According to the speakers, to distribute Digital Signage solutions at the moment, advertisers lack a clear understanding of the profitability of advertising campaigns, and operators need accurate analytics on the patency of advertising platforms. But despite the difficulties, the industry is growing, and in the near future Digital Signage solutions will be integrated everywhere into the urban environment. During the discussion on digital technologies in retail marketing, representatives of Addreality, Intel, Rostelecom, Yandex, Mail.Ru Group, Publicis Media Russia, Spinex, «L’Etoile», LG, IMS considered optimization issues marketing budget in retail, we talked about current ways of communication with the buyer using examples of implemented cases. Thus, according to representatives of Rostelecom PJSC, Digital Signage tools are most effective in retail chains and will be leaders in this field for another 6 years. A practical case from the company "L'Etoile" confirmed this idea: after the introduction of Digital Signage tools, a 35% increase in sales of decorative cosmetics was recorded.

Representatives of the hotel and restaurant business were invited to take part in the conference "Technologies of the future for HoReCa facilities". The topic of innovation development in hotels is raised quite often, but, according to Vadim Prasov, managing partner of Alliance Hotel Management, the success of the hotel is still connected with the service. Relations between hoteliers and integrators are not easy today, because convincing the former of the need to invest in modern technologies is a rare success.

Architects and designers of commercial and residential real estate were invited to attend the event, which has already become an integral part of the business program of the exhibition, the School of Smart Design, as well as the existing installations of the Smart House./strong> and «Smart hotel». Difficult issues were considered. Does the designer need to understand modern technologies and offer them to the client? Are there budget solutions for implementation in residential and commercial interiors? How can technology fit into fashionable design projects in general? Installer – contractor or partner? Well-known designers, architects, and planners tried to answer these and other questions in their speeches. They shared their knowledge in the field of modern technologies and cases about their integration into real objects.

In 2017, within the framework of the exhibition, the organizers placed great emphasis on professional audio technologies, having assembled a separate exhibition ProAudio. This topic was also devoted to the "Audio Forum", where leading Russian sound engineers and audio community specialists exchanged experiences and talked with suppliers. It's nice that the legendary John and Helen Meyer, the founders of the company Meyer Sound, opened the first "Audio Forum" and gave a welcoming speech in honor of the 50th anniversary of their career in the ProAudio industry.

In order to consolidate theoretical skills and ease of orientation in the world of technology, technological tours of the exhibition corresponding to the topic of a specific conference were organized for visitors of business events.

The next Integrated Systems Russia exhibition will be held from October 24 to 26, 2018 at the Expocentre Fairgrounds.
