Imports of textiles and footwear to Russia increased by 16%
Russia in January-June 2017 increased imports of goods by 27.4% in annual terms to 107.6 billion US dollars, the Soyuzlegprom analytical center reports, based on statistical analysis data Federal Customs Service.
In June, shipments of foreign goods increased by 29.3% compared to the same period last year, namely to 17.8 billion US dollars. On average, the import of textiles and footwear from near and far abroad increased by 16%. In particular, the import of fabrics increased by43,018 million square meters, shoes by5.1 million pairs, clothing by598.4 million US dollars (in value terms).
