How to manage a fashion assortment
From February 13 to 17, the Fashion Consulting Group educational Center will host a training "Fashion assortment management".
In five days, students of the course will learn about tools for managing the assortment of clothing, footwear and accessories stores, learn how to build strategies, predict trends, adapt them to their customers, plan the assortment for the season and build an assortment matrix. In addition to theory, the program includes practical tasks and express consulting (an example of building a balanced assortment matrix based on photo materials and recommendations on the speed of introducing a trend into the assortment).
The program of the event by day is as follows:
Day 1. Assortment structure - the basis of the assortment matrix and the principles of assortment management of a fashion company
Day 2. Methodology for calculating the assortment matrix and planning the inventory for the season
Day 3. Algorithm for building effective buying (procurement): processes and techniques
Day 4. Minimization of leftovers and sales promotion for clothing, footwear and accessories stores
Day 5. Commercial trends for the FW 17/18 season (themes to choose from: women's clothing, men's clothing, women's shoes)
Selective attendance of the program days is possible, only the first day is mandatory.
