FiNN FLARE launches Mercaux program

As part of the implementation of the brand development strategy and the use of the latest digital technologies, FiNN FLARE is implementing a sales efficiency improvement program Mercaux in the chain stores. This is a web portal for the head office and a mobile application on a tablet "cheat sheet" for the seller with information about the product, its availability and possible kits with other things. This platform, created by a Harvard graduate, appeared on the market in 2015, but has already established itself as an effective technological solution for retailers. The program is actively used by several Russian and international brands.

 

The scheme of work is simple. A store employee scans the barcode, and all information about the product instantly appears on the device screen. So, for example, at the request of "grey trousers", all available models will be presented: the application will tell you what sizes are available in this store, in which nearest points of the network you can buy goods in the right size in its absence, or offer to place an order in an online store.

 

 

As a result, offline and online brand sales support each other. The seller will be able to pick up similar products for the client in just one click, again increasing the conversion rate. On the face of – a significant saving of the buyer's time and improvement of the quality of service, and in addition, reduction of personnel training costs and optimization of processes. If earlier store employees had to keep in mind a large amount of information about the collection, now everything has become much easier. It is enough to master an easy-to-manage application, and then effectively and, importantly, promptly advise the client. Accordingly, the company's need for new technologies is due, among other things, to the need to help sellers in customer service at the highest possible level.

The Mercaux application will also allow you to quickly launch special promotions. Information about the new marketing campaign will appear in real time on all tablets connected to the program. After seeing a message about the promotion on the device screen, the seller will be able to immediately tell about the favorable offer to the buyer.

Of course, the key advantage of the program is the ability to create images using a special constructor. For example, a dark blue jumper with a blue blouse is perfect for gray trousers. The seller will be able to immediately interest the client by offering to try on the kit.

 

A team of merchandisers makes ready-made images and cross-selling recommendations, taking into account the task - to promote a certain group of products, perhaps not the most popular yet. At the same time, not only employees of the head office can create images, but also sellers in the store, focusing on the preferences of visitors.

 

The company's management directly has the opportunity to control sales: data on the frequency of model requests, behavior and customer preferences are stored in the cabinet of each store connected to the program. All information is generated in the web portal in the form of visual reports.

 

Based on the experience of current Mercaux clients, it is possible to predict an increase in sales efficiency by 8-11%, and the first results should be expected within a month after the launch.
