Vacancies and resumes will not be published in the public domain, the recruitment service will work on the principle of a recruitment agency. 

"For 17 years we have been constantly communicating with fashion industry companies, and from their side we regularly receive requests to find competent specialists," says Anna Lebsak-Kleimans, CEO of Fashion Consulting Group. At first, we offered our clients only graduates of our programs at the Higher School of Economics, but over time it became obvious that this was not enough, and that the demand for fashion industry specialists in various areas is constant, and working with vacancies requires special attention. Therefore, we decided to open a new division to enable specialists to find their dream job, and employers to have the perfect staff. 

Employers are offered services such as the selection of middle and senior level specialists in sales, marketing, accounting, buyers, merchandisers, technologists, administrative staff, IT and others, including foreign specialists and consultants. According to individual requests, reviews of the salary market will be compiled. Services for employers are provided without prepayment, and in cases where the candidate did not fit, a free replacement is guaranteed during the trial period.
