Electronic licenses

From January 15, 2018, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia starts issuing licenses for the import or export of certain types of goods in the form of electronic documents using the state information system "automated information system"Foreign Trade information", the press service reports Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

 


This information has been brought to the attention of the Customs authorities. In accordance with The Rules for issuing licenses and Permits for the Export and (or) import of Goods (Appendix No. 7 to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) when issuing (processing) a license in the form of an electronic document, the applicant does not need to submit the original license in hard copy to the customs authority. At the same time, the issued (issued) license in the form of an electronic document is available in the applicant's personal account. 

 

In case of technical issues related to obtaining an electronic license on the portal of support for participants in foreign trade activities (www.non-tariff.gov.ru ), it is necessary to contact technical support Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.

 

The license issuance service is implemented in order to comply with the provisions of the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union (Annex No. 1 to the Agreement on the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union) related to the submission of documents required for customs operations in the form of electronic documents, as well as to improve the process of providing state services for the issuance of licenses and other export permits and (or) import of certain types of goods.
