On December 21, a new shopping and entertainment complex of the Cubus chain will open its doors to the first visitors in Vyborg. The area of the complex will be about 25,960 sq. m. Construction works are at the final stage. The installation of engineering networks and communications is being completed, commissioning works are being carried out, finishing of common areas and tenants' premises is being carried out, landscaping of the adjacent territory of the parking zone for 450 cars, sidings and exits from the complex is being carried out.

The new shopping mall in Vyborg will become the third object of the Cubus network in the district centers of the Leningrad region. In accordance with the standards of the network, Cubus in Vyborg is implemented using unified architectural and interior solutions, conceptually focused on a family audience and the exclusive presence of federal chain retail, and it will also be distinguished by powerful marketing support and professional management by its own management company.

The anchor tenants of the Cubus shopping mall in Vyborg have already included leading Russian and international retail companies that will open their own retail stores on an exclusive basis in the city and region. Among them are the food hypermarket «Lenta», supermarkets BTE «Eldorado», goods for children «Kids», goods for sports and recreation «Sportmaster». The leisure segment and the catering segment will be headed by the city's largest 5-hall cinema «Kinopolis» and a fast-service restaurant «McDonald's» with a 24-hour zone «MakAvto». The fashion gallery will feature O’STIN, FUNDAY, ZOLLA, You&Me, shoe supermarkets KARI, «Dundee», «Step towards», «Kotofey» and others

At the moment, the occupancy rate of the complex under signed contracts is more than 80%. Negotiations on the remaining areas are at the final stage, and new tenants of the project will be announced in the near future.
